This policy explains what information is collected when you open or play the
Balloon Wars™ Slots demo — whether you arrived from an email invitation,
a QR code, or a direct link — and how that information is used by
NC-Developer, LLC (“we”, “the Creator”), the studio of
Neeka, Lead Developer & Creator of the Demo.
1. What We Collect
Access events — when you open the demo, the disclosure page, or this policy:
the date and time, how you arrived (email invitation, QR scan, or direct link), your browser and
operating system type, screen size, and language setting.
Gameplay events — demo activity such as starting a session, creating a demo
account, logging in, playing as guest, and spins played.
Demo account details — if you create a demo account: the username, display
name, and avatar you choose. Passwords are hashed and kept only in your own browser.
We do not collect real names, contact lists, files, payment details, or precise
location. The demo uses play-money only — no real-money wagering, deposits, or payouts exist.
2. How We Use It
Intellectual-property protection — access records document who was shown this
confidential pre-release demo and that they were notified of the viewing terms.
Demo analytics — events appear on the Creator’s private dashboard so we can
see how the demo is used (opens, scans, agreements, plays).
Notifications — key events (such as opening the demo or accepting the
disclosure) send an automatic email notice to the Creator’s administrative inboxes.
3. Where It Lives
Your device — demo accounts, balances, and progress are stored in your
browser’s local storage. They never leave your device except as the events described above.
Our event database — access and gameplay events are stored in a private,
access-controlled database and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Email — event notices are delivered to NC-Developer, LLC administrative
addresses and handled like any business correspondence.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade any of this information. It is visible only to NC-Developer, LLC
and is disclosed to third parties only where the law requires it or where necessary to protect the
Creator’s intellectual-property rights.
5. Your Choices
Clearing your browser’s site data removes all demo accounts and locally stored progress.
You may request a copy or deletion of access records tied to your visits by emailing
support@nc-devs.com.
If you do not agree with this policy or the viewing terms, decline the disclosure and close
the demo — nothing further is recorded.
