1. Creative & Intellectual Property

You are about to preview a private, pre-release demonstration of Balloon Wars™ Slots, including its software, artwork, animations, audio, mathematics, characters, game design, and documentation (the “Demo”). The Demo and all creative and intellectual property in it are the sole and exclusive property of NC-Developer, LLC, created by Neeka, Lead Developer & Creator of the Demo.

2. Content Protections — What You May Not Do

By accepting, you agree that you will not, in whole or in part:

•  Share, distribute, publish, or forward the Demo or access to it;
•  Record, screenshot, screen-capture, photograph, or livestream the Demo;
•  Copy, clone, recreate, or produce derivative works based on the Demo’s gameplay, art style, characters, math model, or code;
•  Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any assets or source code;
•  Disclose any information about the Demo to third parties without the Creator’s prior written consent.

3. Access Logging & Privacy Notice

Your response to this disclosure is recorded and transmitted to the Creator with the date, time, and basic device information (browser and operating system type). No personal accounts, contacts, or files are accessed. This record protects the Creator’s intellectual property and may be used as evidence of access.

4. Legal Effect

Accept constitutes your agreement to these terms and unlocks the Demo. Decline and the Demo will not be shown. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil liability and, where applicable, criminal penalties under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 501 et seq.) and trade-secret law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
